The mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana form the 90km long backbone that run along the North Western coast line of the Mediterranean island of Mallorca. These stunning Mountains are seen by the vast majority of the islands many visitors only through the window of their holiday flight or from a distant beach resort, which is fine by me! With more than 50 peaks rising over 1000m above sea level through a variety of landscapes, beautiful flora & fauna and views from mountain to the blue Mediterranean it's easy to see how the Sierra de Tramuntana was awarded 'UNESCO World Heritage Site' status in 2011,

We will enjoy 5 days of walking in various areas of the island to see the most during our stay, travelling each day from our mountain village base via our transport.

ITINERARY:

Day 1 - Travel from UK to Palma & transfer to our mountain village base.

Days 2 to 6 - We will travel to different areas of the island to see as much as we can of the Sierra de Tramuntana as we can during on our day walks, before returning to our accommodation each evening.

Day 7 - We will leave our accommodation to transfer back to Palma and return to the UK.

This trip would be ideal for anyone looking to enjoy mountain walking overseas to experience different landscapes, flora & fauna.

INCLUDED: Trek leadership, planning, organisation and logistics by fully qualified and experienced International Mountain Leader.

NOT INCLUDED: We are not a tour operator and therefore do not seek to make profit from transport, accommodation, etc. This is so that our clients can seek the best options to suit them.
